Clients wanting to move forward will complete a paperless intake packet to ensure we’re on the same page with policies, insurance, and approach.
attend an initial session
We spend the first session getting acquainted and giving you space to get a feel for the flow of things. We’ll generally talk logistics, goals, and approach, with zero expectations for clients to delve into any trauma history they don’t want to disclose on day one.
